Russia will play against France in BNP Paribas World Group and Maria Sharapova will play two matches, Saturday and Sunday.
Maria`s first match will be against Virgine Razano and on Sunday she will play against Alize Cornet.
Russia must win three matches of five to advance in the next phase.
