The score says it all: 6-2, 6-0 and Maria is now in the quarter-finals at BNP Paribas OPEN in Indian Wells after a strong victory against Dinara Safina after only 61 minutes !
Nobody expected such a score because Dinara Safina started to play much better at this tournament compared with her form in 2010.
In quarter-final, Maria will play against Shuai Peng of China. The overall score is 1-1.
