Maria in Doha Semifinals
Great victory for Maria at Qatar Total Open in Doha. She defeated Samantha Stosur of Australia in straight sets: 6-2, 6-4 after one hour and 22 minutes.
Maria is in semifinals at this tournament for the third time and she awaits her opponent. In last 4, Maria will play either Petra Kvitova of Czech Republic or Serena Williams of United States. The match is scheduled on Saturday.
