Maria is in the final at Porsche Tennis Grand Prix after she defeated Petra Kvitova.
In first set, at 2-2, Maria made the first break of the match and won her game for a 4-2 lead. After this good moment for Maria, both of the players won their games and in the end Maria won the first set: 6-4 after 40 minutes.
At 5-5, in second set both of the players won their serve and Maria saved 8 break points. At 5-5, Maria made the break, but she lost her game and the set was decided at tie-break.
Maria won the tie-break at 3, the scond set and the match after almost 2 hours of play.
So, Maria defeated Kvitova in straight sets: 6-4, 7-6 and is in the final where she will play against Victoria Azarenka of Belarus. On head to head, Maria is leaded by Azarenka, 3-5. This will be the third final this year between Maria and Azarenka. It`s time for Maria to stop Azarenka !
