Maria defeated Azarenka and won the trophy ! In first set, after winning her serve, Maria made the break for a 2-0 lead. At 4-1, Maria made the break again and in the end she won the first set: 6-1 after 30 minutes.
In second set, at 3-3, Maria made the break and won her serve immediately and it was 5-3. In the end, Maria won the second set: 6-4, the match after one hour and 24 minutes and the tournament !
So, a straight set victory in Stuttgart final for Maria against Victoria Azarenka: 6-1, 6-4.
Next stop, Mutua Madrid Open.
