Maria lost the 2nd round match against Sloane Stephens in 3 sets: 6-2, 6-7, 3-6 after 2 hours and 23 minutes of play.
The next tournament in Maria`s schedule is the last Grand Slam of the year, US Open. The tournament begins on August 26th.
