I don`t want to use big words, but Maria played a perfect match against Petkovic today. She won in the first set and in the beginning of the second set, 8 games in a row ! Fantastic !
She served very, very good. Her first serve percentage was 80. So, Maria won in semifinals against Petkovic in straight sets: 6-0, 6-3 after one hour and 31 minutes !
Great performance by Maria who is now again in semifinals, here at Roland Garros after the semifinal in 2007.
In semifinals, Maria will play against Na Li of China. The overall score between Maria and Li is 5-2 for Maria.
