Maria won her first round match at Roland Garros after she defeated Su-Wei Hsieh of Taipei in straight sets: 6-2, 6-1, the first set was won after only 27 minutes.
After this easy victory, Maria is in 2nd round where she will play against Eugenie Bouchard of Canada
On head to head, Maria leads Bouchard: 1-0. The only match between them was this year in Miami, where Maria won in straight sets: 6-2, 6-0.
