Maria won the semifinal match against Kvitova and from next Monday she is the new No. 1 in WTA Rankings ! Well done, Maria !!!
Maria won against Petra Kvitova in straight sets: 6-3, 6-3 and she is for the first time in Roland Garros final !
At 2-2, in first set Maria made the break and leaded 4-2 after she won her serve. At 5-3, Maria made again the break and won the first set (6-3) with 9 unforced errors and 11 winners after 40 minuntes.
In second set, at 2-1 Maria made the break bu unfortunately Maria lost her serve. At 4-3, Maria made the break in a perfect moment and after she served for the match
In the end, Maria won the second set (6-3) and the match !
In RG final, Maria will play against Sara Errani of Italy. This will be the fist match between them !
