Maria defeated Sara Errani of Italy in straight sets: 6-3, 6-2 and the career Grand Slam is completed ! So, Maria won the Roland Garros after reaching to semifinals in 2007 and 2011. She becomes the 10th player to accomplish a career Grand Slam ! What a great achievement !
At 1-0, after she won her serve in debut of the match, Maria made the break and leaded 2-0 in first set. At 3-0, Maria made again the break, but Errani rebreaked and the score was 4-1
At 5-3, Maria served to win the first set and she won it (6-3) after 36 minutes of play with 13 unforced errors and 17 winners.
In the beginning of the second set, Maria made the break and she conserved that break by winning her serve for a 2-0 lead. At 3-1, Maria made the break but she lost her serve and the score was 4-2 in second set.
At 4-2, Maria made once again the break and she served for the macth and for tournament !
In the end, Maria won the second set, the match and the tournament !
